Stakeholder Pensions Guidance for Trustees and Managers

A PRAG working party has produced guidance for trustees and managers of stakeholder schemes on making the annual declaration. The guidance has been endorsed by the ABI and OPRA. The first declarations are required by 31 December 2002. PRAG would be grateful to receive any feedback.
