Introduction

This group was set up in 1999 to report on the implications of the new Data Protection Act for pension scheme trustees. It has worked in close co-operation with the APL and, latterly, the SPC. Considerable time and effort has been spent by all members of the working party. The work was completed in late 2002 and the Executive is pleased to congratulate all involved.
